78 Days and Counting -- 1500+ Miles for Multiple Sclerosis

Hey Y'all!

Today I'm away from my bike, but worked out in the gym. Actually did a little weight lifting, along with my bike ride.

Calories Yesterday: 1600
Weight: 213.5 pounds
Weight Lost: 4.5 pounds
