From the road -- Waiting for the Today show

Hi Y'all!

Yes, it is totally hokey, but Bret and I have been waiting since about 4:30 this morning. We have our Missouri to Manhattan signs and shirts and are ready to talk to Meredith or Al or whomever about the ride and MS (a longshot, but it could happen!).

Two more hours to go. I'll let you know how it goes and will write more later in the morning if anything interesting happens.

Oh, by the way, Bret's mom sent an e-mail to the show, telling them about the trip and suggesting they look for us in the audience. Thanks, Bret's Mom!

Have an awesome morning.

Saw you guys over Al Roker's shoulder at the end of the 'Best Sandwich in America' segment!

I missed some of the earlier segments -- Did you get an interview?

Sean,
Congratulations! I'm happy you made it to Manhattan. It was great to meet you and "The Transporter." You are an inspiration to so many people and it was a pleasure to interview you for the newspaper.

I loved the definite hold and curl this

product kept in my hair. I did not try it alone as another reviewer did, but instead used it with the Moroccan Treatment (oil) product and they seemed to complement each other perfectly. If you have curls

like me and want them to look defined and beautiful, then you will like this product in conjunction with Moroccan Treatment.

My

hairdresser bought one of these flat irons from his distributor knowing that my hair would provide the usual great testing platform. It worked so well I bought one immediately. The iron glides through hair

very easily and is lightweight and easy to handle. Better than ceramic irons and definitely better than the ones you can buy in beauty stores.
